Features may include text-to-image, text-to-video, image references, credit-based usage, conversation history, and optional image editing via GenPsd. Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use images and videos you generate with GenPsdAI for lawful purposes. You remain responsible for the prompts and uploads you provide, and for ensuring your use of outputs does not violate third-party rights. AI outputs may be imperfect or similar to other users' results; GenPsdAI does not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Credits, Payment, and Billing

Certain features consume credits or require a paid plan. Credits and paid features are billed according to prices shown in the product. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds for failed generations may be handled automatically where configured; other refunds are handled case by case in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The GenPsdAI service, branding, and original software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party model providers and GenPsd retain their respective rights in their platforms and technologies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to GenPsdAI at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use GenPsdAI, including reliance on AI-generated content.
